Can you do photo strips or different print layouts?
Yes. You can select the 4″x6″ postcard sized print or the 2″x6″ photo strip. Other sizes are available on request.

Does the booth print color or black and white photos?
Yes. Our booths print both color and black and white photos. The choice is entirely up to you.

Can I choose the design and what the message says on the bottom of the prints?
Of course! When you book your event, we’ll work together to create exactly what you want. Our graphic designer will design your prints and we’ll send it to you prior to the event to make sure you like it.

How many photos appear on each print?
This is your choice. Ideally anywhere from 1-4.

Is there a limit to how many photos can be taken at an event?Absolutely not! Please take as many as you’d like.

Are the photos printed right on the spot?
Yes. The booth will print the photos within seconds for your guests’ immediate enjoyment. We will even print a copy for each person in the picture so they have a copy each to treasure.

Do I get to keep the images from the photo booth after the event?
Yes. We will email you the photos within 48 hours of your event (but usually sooner) or they can be copied after the event to your USB. We can upload them to a private gallery or Facebook page or in real time at the event your guest can choose to send their picture to their email address or post on their Facebook wall (if you have a reliable wifi connection).

How many people can fit in the photo booth?
For our Flexi and open booths, they can accommodate 20. For our Pod we can comfortably fit 4 to 5 people.

How big is your photo booth?
Our booths require a minimum space of 2m x 2m x 2m.

How does the photo booth work?
See yourself on the TV live view, follow the instructions on the touch screen, choose your options and pose. Photos will be taken with intervals of a few second. Exit the photo booth and retrieve your photos or stay in and take more.

How does the album/scrapbook option work?
With this option you are guaranteed to have a wonderful keepsake of your own from the event. Guests will be provided with double prints of all photos. Guests will then place one of the photos in the scrapbook and write a message to go along with it and they will keep the other photo.

Do you need a deposit to reserve the photo booth?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit to book your event. The remaining balance is due at least 14 days prior to the event.

Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. If we receive notice of cancellation 30 days prior to the event, you will receive a full refund.

Does the rental price include set up and delivery or is that extra?
Our rental charge includes delivery in Dubai, set up, breakdown, the onsite attendant, etc. Outside Dubai there will be a travel charge. We arrive one hour prior to your start time to setup. If you would like us to arrive earlier there is an additional charge of 295 AED per hour of idle time. An idle hour means that we are present with the booth but the booth is not in operation.

How long does it take to set up the photo booth?
It is very quick, but we always want to be there 1 hour in advance so we have plenty of time to spare and prepare for your event.

What areas do you cover?
Our flexi booth can fit in the back of a taxi just as easily as it can fit into the hold of a plane, so we can travel to wherever you need us.

Is there an attendant with the photo booth for the entire time?
Yes. Our professional and friendly attendants stay with the photo booth to oversee all the technicalities and help guests with any questions.

Do you need anything from me on the day of the event?
We need a standard power outlet within 5 feet of where the photo booth will be, and level ground to set up on. We require a table should you request props.

I already have a photographer, why should I book a photo booth?
Even though photographers try their best to capture fun, candid shots at events, there’s just something about photographers that make people shy. Photo booths not only take and print photos but they also entertain your guests and give them the privacy to be as silly and fun as they would like to be. Photographers can’t capture candid shots like we can!

Do you have any suggestions on how to make sure we and our guests take full advantage of the photo booth?
Based on the event, we would suggest you let your guests know where the photo booth is located and that it is available to them at no cost. Easy and creative ways to do this are; providing a note at each place setting, MC or DJ announcements, cool directional signage and of course our attendants will help you where they can to spread the word.

At what type of events are photo booths most popular?
A photo booth is guaranteed fun for all types of events including: weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, exhibitions, corporate events, holiday parties, birthday parties, fundraisers, etc. People of all ages and backgrounds love photo booths!

What if someone takes an inappropriate picture?
We do review the pictures before posting them online. Also, if you or anyone would like an image removed, let us know and we can do this right away.
